This hotel was a fantastic find! it offered great value for money, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included. The attention to detail was impressive, especially the helpful staff like Fernando, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location by the marina was perfect, giving us a beautiful view and easy access to explore the town. The rooms on the ground floor were a lifesaver for my son's power chair, and we appreciated having Premier Inn's legendary comfy bed to sleep in. a wonderful experience!
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

Convenient location and short walk to town and castle. Rooms were clean and comfortable, just what you expect from a low-priced hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who were both professional and fun to interact with. Great value for money compared to other options in the area.
The rooms can get quite hot and stuffy, especially during windy weather. Parking is offsite and requires payment, so be sure to have some change ready.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the harbour, making it a great base for exploring the town and enjoying the lovely views. It is also near the marina, allowing easy access to boating activities. The family rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered has a good selection of cooked items, cereals, and fruit, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
One negative aspect mentioned in a review was the broken elevator which caused inconvenience, especially for elderly guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the edge of town in Caernarfon and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location was ideal, just on the outskirts of Caernarfon, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close enough to enjoy the town's attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a window overlooking the adjacent Travelodge. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
All was perfect during my stay.

Stayed for a weekend, great location near the harbour and pubs with fantastic food. Spacious and clean rooms, towels changed daily and free WiFi. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and offered great meal deals at a nearby restaurant. Perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
The off-site parking was a bit inconvenient and required coins for the car park. One staff member was a little abrupt but still helpful.
